Ian is responsible for shaping and executing commercial growth strategy, supporting revenue expansion, and strengthening partner and channel capability across the organisation. He works closely with leadership to develop scalable go-to-market models, refine sales processes, and build predictable pipeline performance. Ian also contributes to market positioning, strategic partnerships, and international growth initiatives, helping ensure commercial activity aligns with long-term business objectives.

Ian brings more than 20 years of experience across B2B SaaS and RegTech environments, where he has led commercial teams through periods of accelerated growth and organisational change. He has held senior roles within companies including Galvanize, now part of Diligent, and Vizor, now Regnology, supporting revenue expansion, global market entry, and successful trade sales. His background spans direct sales leadership, channel development, and strategic advisory work with scale-up technology firms focused on building repeatable growth capability.
