These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the AskELIE platform and all ELIE powered products and services provided by AskELIE Ltd. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
AskELIE Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales.
These Terms apply to access to the AskELIE platform, use of any ELIE powered product, and all users, accounts, and organisations.
You are responsible for ensuring that all users accessing the platform on your behalf are authorised, that login credentials are kept secure, and for all activity carried out under your account. We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe there has been unauthorised use or a breach of these Terms.
You must not use the platform or any product to:
The platform provides workflow automation, decision support, document processing, and related capabilities. Products may differ in functionality, intended use, data processed, and outputs generated. Details for each product are set out in the relevant Product Terms.
Each party will comply with applicable data protection laws including UK GDPR. Where AskELIE processes personal data on your behalf, this will be governed by these Terms, any applicable Data Processing Agreement, and the relevant Product Terms. You are responsible for ensuring you have lawful grounds to provide data to the platform.
All intellectual property rights in the platform, ELIE, software, models, workflows, and documentation remain the property of AskELIE Ltd or its licensors. You retain ownership of your data and content.
Outputs are informational and operational support tools. You remain responsible for decisions made using outputs, and human oversight is expected. Product-specific reliance statements are set out in Product Terms.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update the platform, modify features, introduce new products, or retire functionality. Where changes materially affect your use, we will take reasonable steps to notify you.
Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information received from the other. This obligation survives termination.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.
Either party may terminate in accordance with Product Terms or for material breach not remedied within a reasonable period. On termination, access to the platform will cease and data handling will follow the applicable Product Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
