Not always. For ML-heavy roles, yes. For backend and API roles, we care more about solid engineering fundamentals and the curiosity to learn.

A short introductory call → a practical technical discussion → a final alignment conversation. No whiteboard theatre, no trick questions. Typical turnaround: one week per stage.
Are roles fully remote?
Yes — every single role. There is no office option. Our team spans the UK, USA, UAE, and India. As long as time zones work, location doesn't matter.
Do you hire contractors?
Yes. We work with a mix of permanent employees and contractors depending on the role and project stage.
Do I need to be in the UK?
No. We hire internationally as long as right-to-work and time zone overlap make sense for the role.
