Babu is the VP of Software Development at askelie and leads delivery excellence and operational assurance for complex client engagements, ensuring that askelie® solutions are implemented consistently and with confidence. His focus is on structuring delivery so that teams and organisations can adopt content and technology with clarity and minimal friction.
With deep experience supporting large scale programmes, Babu combines operational discipline with strong delivery judgement. He brings a pragmatic approach to challenges that span governance, compliance and real-world constraints, making sure that work stays reliable and predictable throughout its lifecycle.
Prior to joining askelie®, Babu held senior delivery roles where he guided teams through challenging environments, helping organisations embed structured ways of working and measurable outcomes. He believes that work succeeds when processes are clear, expectations are shared and execution is dependable.
